What meals are provided?

A catered meal will be provided Friday night. On Saturday afternoon Canale Farms will serve a bar-b-que menu consisting of slow smoked chopped barbecue pork shoulder, Grilled chicken breast, barbecue sauce,famous Ali Canale beans, all beef grilled hot dogs, Cole slaw, macaroni & cheese, buns, homemade chocolate brownies, and lemonade.The BBQ Buffet will be served in the air-conditioned dining hall. Brunch will be provided on Sunday.
